One of a family of ducks that populates the area, especially in the spring. The group was very somnambulant and allowed me to approach- must have had full bellies.

Chesapeake Boathouse

An image of the boathouse, that I have manipulated, I love the graphic look of the boathouse. The architect did a fabulous job of evoking the prow of a boat in a structure.

I finally got back to painting this week. This is another of my small crew paintings, again taken from a photo of my trip on the launch. This is a 5X7 on board.
